Cedric holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine. He initially gained nearly fifteen years of experience at two renowned Paris-based strategy consultancies, The Boston Consulting Group and Kearney, where he held roles in analysis and knowledge management. 

 

In 2009, he moved to the Côte d'Azur, applying his analytical expertise to real estate valuation, a sector seeking greater transparency in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Over the next ten years, he played a pivotal role in the growth of JHP Valuation, particularly in the private banking sector. Recognizing the increasing demand for high-value expertise in an ever more complex market, he established Evalumens, a firm dedicated to delivering premium-quality services tailored to the luxury real estate market.

 

His commitment to improving professional standards led him to become one of the French representatives on the European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGOVA). Since 2016, he has served as a Board Member of the European Valuation Standards (EVSB) and assuming the position of Chairman in 2020..

 

Cédric is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), vice-president of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Immobiliers (CNEI) and a a board director of the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France (CEIF).
